Abstract
Background: Isolated sphenoid sinus inverted papilloma is extremely rare. Its diagnosis and management are challenging because of the paucity of sinonasal symptoms and the inherent surgical risk associated with its anatomical location.
Case Presentation: Here we report a case of left sphenoid sinus inverted papilloma.
Conclusion: This report discusses its clinical and radiological features and endoscopic management.
