Abstract

Objective: This article aims to clearly discuss the factors affecting sodium metabolism and provide insights into natremic disorders.
Discussion: Key aspects covered include the clinical features and causes of hyponatremia. The article further elaborates on the clinical approach required for managing cases of hyponatremia and addresses common questions that may arise during its management. Additionally, hypernatremia is also discussed.
