Abstract

Case Summary: A middle-aged man presented with acquired cutaneous lymphangiectasia of the scrotum, which developed secondary to filarial lymphedema. He experienced distressing copious watery discharge from the lesions.
Outcome: The condition was completely relieved by carbon dioxide laser therapy.
